Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This means that we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 8-9 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment
We offer free shipping on all orders above $199 within the United States. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 8 - 9 business days from the date of your order. We'll send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@naturaglowstore.com

Returns
Only LED Grow Lights can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date, must be in the same condition that you received them, and still be in the original packaging.
Once the return has been received by us, a full refund will be issued within 1~5 business day in your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the charges of any returns arising from the buyer's personal will. If the item arrives damaged or defective (associated proof must be provided), we would issue a shipping label.

Warranty
All LED Grow Lights are covered by 5 Year Warranty period whereas ADlite series, VG series, “TS600” & “SP150” are covered by an EXCEPTIONAL two(2) year limited warranty period.

THE WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY WHEN:
● Sales are made through the Mars Hydro authorized distributors or retailers.
● Products are installed in applications in which ambient conditions are within the range of intended operating conditions.
o LED grow lights - Ambient temperatures≦40℃ (104℉)
o Inline duct fans - Ambient temperature≦30℃ (86℉); Relative humidity≦65%
o Heat mats - Ambient temperature≦40℃ (104℉)
● Failure of the Products that is NOT a result of external causes, including acts of nature; human damage; improper or unauthorized use; or any other occurrences beyond Mars Hydro’s reasonable control. Adequate operation records must be provided to Mars Hydro upon request to substantiate that the Products have failed to comply with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your order and receive a full refund after being informed of any additional charges.
To modify an order post-payment, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that changes to your order may not be possible if the item has already been dispatched, and adjustments might result in time and cost variations.
Orders that include Seel shipping insurance are eligible for a refund of the insurance fee only if the order is canceled prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, the insurance coverage is considered active and the insurance fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of any return or cancellation request thereafter.
Mars Hydro isn't accountable for stolen packages from the delivery address. Ensure you select a secure delivery location. If items go missing, a minimum of 30 days is required for an investigation.
